By commissioning me, you state that you have read and agreed to my terms of service. any issues that arise from not reading my tos are not my responsibility.

this is not an extensive list. i reserve the right to deny any commission without disclosing the reason.
usage
i reserve all rights as the creator of the artwork and can use it as i want for promotional material (does not affect your usage). if you do not want me to use it for these purposes, please tell me explicitly.
you may use my art for your profile or repost it, but you must credit me from any of my social media (tumblr: lyrqxa, toyhouse: arcahvv).
you may not feed my art to AI, remove my watermark or claim it as your own.
you may not use my art for commercial reasons unless commercial use is bought.
payment
payment through either PAYPAL or VENMO in USD. kofi is a last resort.
an invoice will be provided stating your commission, any fees, and the final price.
can either be full payment upfront or 50% down payment. full payment must be finished before piece is rendered and finished.
a full refund can only be asked for before sketch confirmation. 50% can only be asked for before rendering.
process
regular updates will be made for minor revisions.
feel free to ask periodically for updates if i do not give them in a while. please keep in mind i am busy with work and school outside of commission work.
hard deadlines must be discussed and negotiated. expect the latest to be 2-3 months without a deadline (depending on complexity). if it goes past this, you are entitled to a full refund at any point.
once finished, an image will be sent as a screenshot for final revisions. the final image will be sent as a .png to the provided email address.
BUYING COMMERCIAL USE
by buying the copyright to your commission, you are free to use my art for any purpose that directly promotes your for-profit brand. this includes promotional art, merchandise, streaming, thumbnails, etc.
prices for this may range from 2x to 5x depending on what it's used for.
the intended use MUST be negotiated thorougly with me so i can price it accordingly.
printing my art for personal use (like a personal keychain) is not under commercial use.
